Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Stretchy pants or leggings and a fitted top are ideal. Avoid wearing anything too loose that could interfere with your practice.

No need to bring your own equipment. We provide yoga mats and any props you may need (such as blocks or straps) for a more comfortable practice. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
